For the launch of “Coffee with Frank”, an initiative designed to introduce FRANK’s platform and philosophy to insurance professionals across Portugal, the brand partnered with OFF-SUIT, the creative agency of the FHP Group, to lead the communication strategy, event coverage, audiovisual production, and team photography.

Founded by António Pacheco de Castro — former CFO of Lovys and portfolio manager at XP Group — FRANK was born from the belief that traditional, rigid software no longer serves today’s insurance professionals.

“The insurance industry is inherently fragmented and personalized,” says Pacheco de Castro. “Each client and policy brings unique needs. The future belongs to modular, adaptable technology that speaks both the agent’s and the client’s language.”
