Condoroo is an innovative company in the condominium management sector, combining advanced technology with efficient and transparent management. The key challenge was to effectively launch the brand, highlighting its commitment to customer satisfaction, rapid maintenance, and clear communication. Condoroo needed a social media strategy that reflected its values and the impact of its services.

Our Role

OFF-SUIT was responsible for creating and implementing Condoroo’s brand launch strategy on social media. Our goal was to establish a strong and engaging digital presence that showcased the unique qualities of the company, generating engagement and promoting its value proposition. Our approach included:

  1. Design Posts: We created impactful visual posts to communicate Condoroo’s core values, highlighting the services and solutions offered, such as occurrence automation and rapid maintenance. The designs were made to convey the innovation and trust the brand represents.
  2. Videos Featuring the Team and Departments: We developed videos introducing the members of the Condoroo team and the different departments within the company. These videos aimed to humanize the brand, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and teamwork in condominium management.
  3. Street Interviews: We produced street interviews to capture the opinions of condominium owners and the general public regarding condominium management and expectations of Condoroo’s services. These interviews were used to promote the company’s transparency and trustworthiness.
  4. Promotional Videos: We created dynamic promotional videos showcasing Condoroo’s key services, including the technology used in the management process and the experience of condominium owners with the company. These videos helped position Condoroo as an industry leader.
  1. Social Media Management: Our team managed SunConcept’s social media, creating a consistent and engaging digital presence. We developed communication aligned with the brand’s values, highlighting the qualities of solar-powered vessels such as energy efficiency, emission-free operation, and a zero impact on the ecosystem.
  2. Creation of Visual Posts: We produced impactful visual posts, with a focus on the brand’s flagship vessels such as the EVO 7.0 Lounge and the CAT 12.0 Lounge. Our goal was to create content that clearly communicated the innovation and sustainability of the products in an attractive and compelling manner.
  3. Strategic Communication Plan: We created a strategic communication plan to position SunConcept as a leader in the sustainable vessel sector. The plan included digital promotion actions, paid ads, and specific content to highlight the advantages of solar-powered vessels, such as operational cost savings and economical maintenance.

Impact

Our collaboration with Condoroo led to a successful brand launch on social media, generating excellent public reception. The company’s digital presence grew significantly, with increased engagement and trust from condominium owners, who now recognize Condoroo as a reference in condominium management.
