Medidental is a modern dental and wellness clinic based in Lisbon, with locations in Alcântara and Campo de Ourique, offering state-of-the-art treatments such as Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening, and halitosis care. With a mission to make high-quality oral health accessible and emotionally engaging, the clinic needed a digital communication strategy that would reflect its values: care, trust, innovation, and well-being.
OFF-SUIT was brought in to develop and implement a full-funnel creative strategy that would increase awareness, engagement, and appointment bookings — while positioning Medidental as a reference in modern, human-centered dentistry.
Our Role
As the lead creative agency, OFF-SUIT was responsible for the management of social media, the production of editorial and video content, and the creative direction of an integrated campaign across digital and broadcast channels. Our goal was to humanize the clinical experience while reinforcing Medidental’s reputation for excellence and affordability.
