World Employer Branding Day – Lisbon

World Employer Branding Day marked the return to in-person gatherings after the pandemic, hosted in Lisbon from 12–14 October. With over 650 professionals attending from more than 40 countries, and speakers from global companies such as Unilever, Microsoft, BCG, Vodafone, Amazon, Deloitte, and more, the event required high-level, consistent audiovisual coverage that could reflect the magnitude, diversity, and energy of the summit. From keynotes to networking sessions and cultural activities, the goal was to document the entire experience.

Our Role

OFF-SUIT, through Studio21, was entrusted with full video and photography coverage of the event. Our mission was to capture the vibrant interaction between employer branding leaders and to highlight the insights, innovation, and inspiration shared across stages and informal gatherings.
Deliverables included:
  • Photography Coverage – Professional still documentation of keynote presentations, workshops, networking spaces, and social events including the Lisbon Discovery Tour.
  • Highlight Video – A fast-paced, emotionally engaging recap of the three-day event, tailored for global sharing via the World Employer Branding Day website, social media, and future editions’ campaigns.

Impact

The content provided a lasting record of the Lisbon edition and played a vital role in post-event engagement and promotional efforts. It helped reinforce the event’s status as the largest employer branding gathering in the world and showcased Lisbon as a vibrant host city for global HR innovation.
