People. Purpose. Performance.

Teya (formerly SaltPay)

As part of a strategic consultancy partnership led by Full House Partners, an opportunity arose to enhance internal communication and institutional identity for SaltPay (now Teya), supporting the company’s growth and cultural consolidation efforts.

Our Role

OFF-SUIT was responsible for implementing the communication pillars defined by Full House Partners, focusing on employer branding and institutional content that reflected the company’s team culture, collaborative spirit, and positioning as an employer of choice.

OFF-SUIT’s contributions included:

  • Team Video Production – An authentic, emotional video capturing the people, diversity, and human values at the heart of Teya.
  • Team Photo Session – A professional yet relaxed portrait shoot for use in internal communication, recruitment materials, and social media.

Employer Branding – Development of a coherent visual narrative aligned with the company’s mission and support in employer brand activations.

Impact

The produced content helped strengthen team cohesion, improved onboarding for new talent, and positioned Teya as a purpose-driven fintech committed to people. The initiative supported the transition from SaltPay to Teya by visually anchoring the rebrand in trust, innovation, and human connection.
