Flow Studio

Flow Studio is a wellness space based in Lisbon that offers group classes, complementary therapies and personal training in a warm, energetic and welcoming environment. With a loyal and growing community, the brand sought to strengthen its digital presence and visually reflect the unique atmosphere of its studios and services.


Our Role

OFF-SUIT was invited to develop visual content that captured the essence of Flow — a space where conscious movement and inner care come together.

Deliverables included:

  • Photography of Space and Classes – Visuals capturing the serenity of the environment, attention to detail, and quality interaction between team and students.
  • Promotional and Educational Videos – Production of explanatory videos about how the studio works, the fundamental principles of Pilates, and demonstrations of movements and exercises. Virtual tours of the Flow Studio spaces were also produced.
  • Social Media Management – Creation and scheduling of content focused on studio life, schedules, testimonials, and shared knowledge in Pilates, Yoga, and holistic therapies.

Impact

Flow Studio began to communicate more consistently and inspiringly with its community, accurately reflecting the experience lived within its walls. The visual clarity and emotional tone contributed to greater brand awareness and the attraction of new students.
